H&L Contracting was built from a place of passion. We have the motivation and drive to change the way things are done in our industry. With years of experience in carpentry, labouring and cleaning on-site we’ve watched many people come and go along with the ups and downs in dealing with third party trades. We decided to change the game and offer our detailed services in an effort to do what we are passionate about and create a paradigm shift in the industry. We believe our personable and high quality approach will change your mind too.
We understand how difficult it is to find and outsource direct, reliable and committed trades. We know that every company is different and has diverse needs. Working together with other trades should be easy. We are here to make working on site with you smooth and seamless. H&L has developed a fool proof system when it comes to post construction cleaning and maintaining the building afterwards.
Quality control is important to us and making sure every unit, every home, and every space is up to the highest standards. We hire staff just as passionate as ourselves. Every one of our cleaners is trained in our system, products and equipment. Having the same processes in place for each build allows us to keep our workflow seamless – despite the obstacles we might encounter.

Getting Started —
We think it is important to be completely transparent in the way we conduct business. We are straightforward with a no bullsh*t attitude and approach. We tell you what we can do for you and what’s just not possible. We like our clients to feel like they are able to communicate with us, as we believe clear and concise communication is a must when it comes to working together as a team.
Here we have created a quick step by step to show you what you can expect when working with us.
01 – Fill out our 'Request A Quote Form' or give us a call.
Our initial conversation is important – we go through every single detail of the project and your building so that we are on the same page. No two clients and projects are ever the same, so getting clear on the nitty gritty gives us a good understanding of what your needs are. It also allows us to quote your profect accurately.
02 – Once we're clear on your project needs, we will send you a detailed quote.
We'll have a better idea of what your needs are following our initial conversation, so now we'd like to get a good look at the floor plans to better access the square footage and design of your building. To take it a step further, we request a walk through of the building to get a visual idea of what to expect. Shortly after, we will will supply you with a detailed price quote and timeline.
03 – Together we'll get the details sorted like the cost, payment schedule, and services agreement.
After you've accepted our proposal and price quote, we'll work through the rest of the paperwork like the payment schedule and the services agreement. Each party will feel clear and confident on moving forward with the project.
04 – Give us a call when your building is ready to be serviced!
Leave the rest to us – once we get your go ahead to move forward with our services, we'll show up to the job prepared and motivated to get it done. After the post construction cleaning is done, we offer our maintenance janitorial services ifits something that you want to include after the project is finished.
